How Segundo Hogar collects, uses, stores and protects your information.
Segundo Hogar provides administrative document preparation and organizational support for individuals pursuing Spanish visas and relocation. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation, legal advice, or advocacy before Spanish immigration authorities.
When you book a call or submit our intake form, we collect the details you choose to share — including your name, email, visa situation, and uploaded documents (such as passports, income proof, and criminal record certificates) — solely to help prepare your application.
We use your information only to deliver the service you request: reviewing and organising your documents and communicating with you. We do not sell your data. We do not share your documents with third parties except where explicitly agreed with you — for example, a referral to a licensed gestor or lawyer.
We retain client-submitted documents only for the duration of the active engagement. Documents are permanently deleted from our systems no later than 30 days after an engagement concludes (whether completed, cancelled, or paused), unless you request earlier deletion or a longer retention period in writing. You may request deletion of your documents at any time.
As a data subject, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, request erasure, and request a copy of your data (data portability). Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
Documents submitted via our intake form are stored via Google Drive and Tally with restricted access, limited to Segundo Hogar.
