Refund Policy
How refunds work across each of our service tiers.
Tier 1 — Document Readiness Review
The Document Readiness Review is non-refundable once the review has started. If you cancel before the review begins, you are entitled to a full refund.
Tier 2 — Full Prep & Coaching
Full Prep & Coaching is refundable minus a cancellation fee for work already completed, on a pro-rata basis. Once the final sign-off checklist has been delivered, no refund is available.
Tier 3 — Settling-In Support (monthly retainer)
You may cancel at any time. There is no refund for the current billing month, and no charge for future months after cancellation.
Refunds and visa outcomes
Segundo Hogar does not guarantee visa approval. Refunds are not issued based on the outcome of your application — they are based solely on service delivery as described above. Approval decisions rest entirely with the Spanish authorities.
